Revolutionizing employee experience and collaboration with a hybrid workplace model
HEINEKEN wanted to create a modern, flexible office space in Poland to support hybrid working, improve collaboration and provide an excellent employee and customer experience.
NTT DATA implemented software-defined infrastructure (SDI) at the office, using Cisco Secure Network Analytics and Cisco Identity Services Engine. We also moved their internal contact center to the cloud and delivered a collaboration platform.
HEINEKEN Poland now has a modern environment that serves as a showcase for all HEINEKEN offices and enhances the employee experience at the office – and at home.
New Zealand Campus
New Zealand Campus of Innovation and Sport
Athletes and sports teams need an environment that enables peak performance. NZCIS wanted to craft a cutting-edge sports campus to achieve this goal and enable digitally driven revenue streams and data-rich value-added services.
The focus was on seamless interoperability of digital devices across the campus and efficient data management in the sports environment. The wireless Cisco SD-Access network uses SDI and leverages Cisco Catalyst Center for campus-wide connectivity.
NZCIS now has the ultimate digitally enabled, multitenanted sports-training campus. The IT infrastructure enables giving teams and athletes the edge over their competition, building new revenue streams for clubs, and creating new ways for fans to engage.See the NZIS story here

Greater flexibility, more efficiency, better planning: through simplified software license management
WWK Versicherungen uses Cisco software for unified communications. With their licenses having been bought at different times, license management had become complex and time consuming.
Working with us, WWK has converted their entire software licensing environment to a subscription model. Their new Cisco Enterprise Agreement provides a licensing solution that provides better flexibility and cost flexibility.
With the new license model, WWK has simplified the procurement process and the management of their software licenses. In addition, they’re able to quickly adapt to any changing requirements – licenses can be activated and made available quickly if required.Learn more in the case study
CILE aimed to institute a smart network to preserve drinking water by limiting leaks, only pumping as much water as needed while maintaining and replacing the piping system.
When NTT DATA joined the project, we worked with Cisco to define the data structure and deploy 53 Cisco IXM Gateways in a secured OT network to gather information from sensors.
CILE can improve water management by detecting problems in the pipelines, and accurately and automatically monitoring water use. This information enables them to automate their billing systems.View CILE's connected operations
