Kazuhiko Nakayama was appointed Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2026.

In his previous role as Representative Director and Senior Executive Vice President, he oversaw Corporate Management, encompassing areas such as business and digital strategy, finance (serving as CFO), human resources (acting as CHRO), legal matters, risk management, procurement, public relations, and sustainability initiatives.

Beginning his journey with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1989, Kazuhiko swiftly shifted his expertise to business administration and financial affairs following NTT's reorganization in 1999. He has made significant contributions to NTT DOCOMO, NTT East, and NTT Communications, initiating from the core NTT holding entity. In 2023, he transitioned to NTT DATA Group Corporation. Before this move, Kazuhiko held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of Finance and Accounting at NTT.

Kazuhiko holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University, and a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of Tokyo.

Abhijit Dubey is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief AI Officer of NTT DATA, Inc. and a member of the advisory board of NTT Venture Capital. Previously, Abhijit served as CEO of NTT Ltd., which has since merged with NTT DATA to form a $30 billion business and technology services powerhouse under the NTT DATA name.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology and management consulting industries, Abhijit joined NTT Ltd. in February 2021 from McKinsey & Company, where he was Senior Partner and core leader of the Global Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) Practice.

Prior to McKinsey, Abhijit worked at Schlumberger in the Oilfield Services business, based in North Africa.

Originally from India, Abhijit now lives in London, United Kingdom, with his family. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.
