Overview

Operationalizing AI across the enterprise

AI value is realized when intelligence is embedded across infrastructure, systems, data and workflows — securely, responsibly and at scale. NTT DATA helps organizations move from experimentation to execution by combining deep industry domain expertise with platform innovation and engineering scale.

We integrate AI across the enterprise — with humans in control and accountable for outcomes. We identify where AI drives the greatest impact — transforming operations, accelerating innovation, enhancing customer experience and unlocking growth.

What is AI?

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to computer systems that can perform tasks requiring human-like intelligence, such as learning, reasoning and problem-solving. Generative AI (GenAI) is a branch of AI that creates new content, like text, images or code, by learning patterns from data and producing original outputs. Agentic AI takes this further by enabling autonomous agents that not only generate content but also make decisions and take actions independently, driving innovation and transforming business processes.
