DATA Recognized by ISG as a Leader in Digital Sustainability for OT and IT Solutions and Services for Europe

The recognitions underline NTT DATA’s strength in helping organizations achieve measurable sustainability outcomes through advanced digital, engineering and data-driven solutions.

LONDON — 20 April 2026 — NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services, announced that it has been named a Leader in two categories of the ISG Provider Lens™ Digital Sustainability Quadrant Report 2025: OT and Industry-specific Solutions and Services and IT Solutions and Services for Europe.

In the OT and Industry-specific Solutions and Services quadrant, ISG highlighted NTT DATA’s capabilities in smart urban infrastructure, along with its energy and water optimization platforms that support utilities in meeting Europe sustainability requirements. This includes the Syntphony Water Management platform, which enhances efficiency and helps utilities reduce losses. ISG also acknowledged NTT DATA’s work in nature-based carbon sequestration through the Syntphony Environmental Markets platform, as well as its expansion into circular biofuels and sustainable food value chains.

In the IT Solutions and Services quadrant, ISG noted NTT DATA’s improvement in low-power AI and software optimization, including its Green Function as a Service offering and commitment to the Green Software Foundation. These capabilities help clients reduce emissions through applications designed with lower Software Carbon Intensity (SCI). The report also highlighted NTT DATA’s data center sustainability practices, such as the heat recovery system at its Berlin site, and its inclusive device lifecycle services, which prioritize accessibility and circularity.

Across both quadrants, ISG emphasized NTT DATA’s integrated approach to digital sustainability, combining OT, sustainable IT and platform-led innovation. The Syntphony platform suite was cited as a key differentiator, enabling clients to design and operate sustainable, resilient and future-ready operations at scale.
