Panasonic sales Taiwan partners with NTT Ltd and NTT DATA to enhance customer experience with Salesforce
Asia Pacific, 12 July 2022 NTT Ltd., a leading IT infrastructure and services company along with NTT DATA Taiwan today announced its collaboration with Panasonic Sales Taiwan Co. Ltd.(PSTW) to help the organization adopt Salesforce Customer 360 cloud platform and further elevate its customers’ experience. The integration of the customer relationship management service will empower the company to bring about greater transparency and control over its internal data, facilitate more data-driven decision making through improved data visibility, as well as respond to the shift in market changes and demands in real time.
The latest partnership is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to contribute to the development of Taiwan’s society and its quality of life and will expand Panasonic Sales Taiwan’s extensive suite of industrial solutions which integrate both software and hardware to provide comprehensive capabilities that are deeply attuned to customers’ needs.
