Due to a technical issue, the client portal is currently unavailable. As a result, it is not possible to manage your space via the portal. Measures have already been initiated to grant you access to the client portal as soon as possible.

We kindly to ask you to refrain form non-urgent requests. However, should you need to request access to your areas or announce deliveries urgently, please complete the following process:

  • Download and fill in the following form: FO SM 05 Access and Delivery Change 
  • Make sure to also fill in the emergency password set in the client portal for authentication
  • Submit the completed form to: dc.emea.noreply@global.ntt [BCCs:dc.emea.dl-fallback-salesforce@global.ntt]
  • Our staff will notify you of the receipt and status of the request
