Yo Honma

Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Yo Honma was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, Representative Director of NTT DATA Group Corporation in July 2023.
He oversees all facets of the NTT DATA Group's operations, spanning consulting, system development, and business IT outsourcing. Under his leadership, the group empowers over 190,000 professionals across more than 50 countries globally.
Yo joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (known then as NTT) in 1980. Before being named president and CEO of NTT DATA Group Corporation he was responsible for president and CEO of NTT DATA. Before that, he was responsible for the Japan and Asia Region as representative director and senior executive vice president.
Since October 2020, Yo has also served as the first Chief Data Officer of the city government of Sakata, Yamagata Prefecture in Japan, aiming to resolve issues facing the city through digitalization. He has also authored Green Tomato - Key messages for corporate management surviving in the digital era. In this, he shares real-life cases and encourages Japanese business leaders to drive digital transformation.

Yutaka Sasaki

Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Yutaka Sasaki was appointed Representative Director and President of NTT DATA Japan in 2023, and President and Chief Executive Officer, Representative Director of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2024.

He oversees all facets of the NTT DATA Group's operations, spanning consulting, system development, and business IT outsourcing. Under his leadership, the group empowers about 200,000 professionals across more than 50 countries globally.

Yutaka joined NTT DATA Communications Systems Corporation (currently NTT DATA Group) in 1990. Before taking on his current role, Yutaka was Director and Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Headquarters of NTT DATA Corporation. During this time, he worked on combining the businesses outside Japan with NTT Ltd. and established a domestic operating company in Japan, which was launched in July 2023. He also served as Head of Strategy Office and contributed to the formulation of NTT DATA's Mid-term Management Plan.

Yutaka holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo.

Kazuhiro Nishihata

Director and Senior Executive Vice President

Kazuhiro (Kaz) Nishihata was appointed Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA, Inc. in 2022 and the Director and Senior Executive Vice President of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2023.
He oversees NTT DATA's operations outside of Japan, concentrating on expanding the global business. He champions international collaboration within both NTT DATA and NTT, aiding clients in addressing their vital business challenges on both local and global scales.
Kaz played a pivotal role in NTT's global expansion efforts starting in 1997. By 2009, he was entrusted to lead NTT DATA's worldwide operations. After a period as an Advisor to NTT DATA from 2018 to 2019, he returned in a leading capacity as Senior Executive Vice President in 2019, overseeing NTT DATA's global endeavors.
Kaz is qualified for the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test and teaches Japanese to students worldwide. He holds a master's degree in electronic physics from the Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Kazuhiko Nakayama

Representative Director and Senior Executive Vice President

Kazuhiko Nakayama was appointed Representative Director and Senior Executive Vice President of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2024.

He oversees Corporate Management, encompassing areas such as business and digital strategy, finance (serving as CFO), human resources (acting as CHRO), legal matters, risk management, procurement, public relations, and sustainability initiatives.

Beginning his journey with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1989, Kazuhiko swiftly shifted his expertise to business administration and financial affairs following NTT's reorganization in 1999. He has made significant contributions to NTT DOCOMO, NTT East, and NTT Communications, initiating from the core NTT holding entity. In 2023, he transitioned to NTT DATA Group Corporation. Before this move, Kazuhiko held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of Finance and Accounting at NTT.

Kazuhiko holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard University, and a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of Tokyo.
