Topics in this article
Whether it’s for fast and reliable networks, multicloud deployments, edge computing or software-defined infrastructure, NTT is an expert service partner of organizations around the world in a range of industries.
And, just as those clients rely on us to help them reach their business goals, we rely in turn on the support of our network technology partners such as Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba and Juniper Networks.
Our clients typically choose multivendor components, so a multivendor approach has always been a critical part of our strategy across networking, hybrid infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, collaboration and customer experience. It gives our clients access to the latest technologies and innovations.
Through these partnerships, we’re able to cover about 75%–80% of the market.
Innovative approaches to network engineering
According to our 2022–23 Global Network Report, more than 90% of senior executives believe innovations like AIOps, automation and predictive analytics will have a huge impact on network delivery and need to be invested in now for the network of 2025 and beyond.

Juniper is particularly strong from an engineering perspective. Their AIOps approach – including their Marvis Virtual Network Assistant – enables them to deliver truly innovative approaches to networking.
This complements our own managed networks service, which also has AIOps capability. Juniper’s AI and our managed services’ AI work together to deliver a better outcome for our clients as we help them manage and optimize their network and application performance with automation, AIOps and predictive analytics.
In the Global Network Report, AIOps – as a component of network management, performance and analytics – was listed by senior executives as one of their top three investment priorities in the next two years, along with cloud-based network management and private 5G.
Recognition for a valuable partnership
From left, Johan Custers, Senior Partner Manager: NTT Europe at Juniper Networks; Gary Middleton, Vice President: Networking at NTT Europe; Chris Kaddaras, Chief Revenue Officer at Juniper Networks; Gordon Mackintosh, Group Vice President: Channel and Virtual Sales at Juniper Networks; Miriam Murphy, CEO of NTT Europe; and Kevin O’Neill, Managing Director: Global – NTT Alliance at Juniper Networks.
This year, NTT has for the second year in a row been named Juniper’s Global AI-Driven Enterprise Partner of the Year in recognition of our success in AI-driven enterprise solutions and our commitment to excellence.
The criteria for this award include Juniper partners’ ability to drive innovative business solutions, pay exceptional attention to the customer experience and achieve their financial goals.
Building better and more intelligent networks
As a service organization, we've made investments across our full portfolio of services to support Juniper’s technology. These include our campus networking and Wi-Fi offerings, which strengthen the employee and customer experience in offices, hospitals, stores and similar environments. Other benefits include greater agility, improved security and connectivity that supports the evolution of the hybrid workplace.
To help us support and optimize our clients’ network operations, we have incorporated Juniper’s full-stack solutions for Wi-Fi, local area networks (LAN) and software-defined wide area networks (SD-WAN) in the technologies that we support within our Managed Campus Network Services.
Congratulating NTT and the other Partner of the Year winners, Juniper’s Gordon Mackintosh, Group Vice President of Global Channel & Virtual Sales, said: “These partners have demonstrated their commitment to Juniper while delivering superior outcomes, earning them Juniper Partner of the Year.”
