NTT DATA led Moeve’s workplace modernization project, creating a fully digital environment to support continuous improvement.
A digital workplace is key to optimizing efficiency, strengthening security and giving employees access to corporate resources from anywhere. Upgrading infrastructure helps organizations reduce costs and improve collaboration, while process automation creates a more agile and competitive working environment.
Moeve needed to transition to a digital workplace model. For this initiative, they relied on NTT DATA to provide consulting, transformation and change management services, supporting more than 11,000 employees located in offices, centers and industrial facilities worldwide.

Modernizing the workplace experience
At the end of 2022, Moeve identified the need to modernize its workplace environment through an expert service that would promote automation, proactive incident resolution and user self-service.The company also aimed to enhance the digital experience for employees and accelerate their migration to cloud environments.
Solution
Cloud-based endpoint transformation
To address this need, NTT DATA completed a global consulting, migration, implementation and change management project for the new digital workplace environment.
A technology solution based on Microsoft Intune, Android Zero Touch and Samsung Knox was implemented, enabling:
- Omnichannel user experiences: A consistent, personalized, frictionless experience across all digital interaction channels
- Proactive monitoring: Reduced incident volume by analyzing operational telemetry data from devices and user experience metrics
- Self-management and automation: Increased resolution rates through automation and self-service, allowing users to resolve issues quickly without opening a ticket
- Remote support optimization: Improved incident and request resolution by increasing first contact resolution rates
- Onsite support transformation: More flexible service delivery options with extended coverage hours, greater agility and an improved user experience
- Improved hardware provisioning: Implementing a smart locker solution with 24x7 availability aligned with a zero-touch strategy, minimizing the need for onsite support, reducing delivery times and enhancing the user experience

Automation gains and measurable efficiencies
Migration to a digital workplace environment enabled Moeve to achieve the following benefits:
- Greater automation of processes compared to the initial equipment configuration
- Reduced manual activity and more efficient workflows
- Elimination of inefficient processes, supporting an ambitious plan to remove physical infrastructure
- Improved user experience and greater flexibility in accessing corporate tools
- 24x7 service with full accessibility from anywhere
- 24.6% reduction in onsite service
- 32% reduction in incidents and requests handled manually
