As part of its business-to-business strategy, AccioJob collaborates with colleges to source users from the student community. Their infrastructure was previously hosted on DigitalOcean, and they aimed to move to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to leverage an optimized cloud environment. Seamless migration to GCP for enhanced scalability and performance

NTT DATA enabled AccioJob’s move from DigitalOcean to GCP, ensuring a smooth transition. The redesigned infrastructure enhances scalability, performance and resource efficiency. Migrating data to Google Cloud Storage improved security, reliability and seamlessly integrated with GCP services. This upgrade empowered AccioJob with a resilient cloud foundation to support its ongoing growth.

Google Compute Engine was used to host blogs, booking systems and internal tools, providing scalable and reliable virtual machines to handle varying workloads efficiently. Web applications were deployed on Google App Engine to enable automatic scaling and reduce the effort needed to manage infrastructure.

To ensure a secure and well-structured cloud environment, the GCP infrastructure was configured with Virtual Private Cloud networks, firewalls and subnets, allowing controlled access and efficient network segmentation. Product images were stored on Google Cloud Storage to enable cost-effective, high-availability storage with seamless accessibility.

Google Deployment Manager was leveraged to automate resource provisioning and simplify infrastructure management. Cloud Identity and Access Management was implemented to enforce role-based access control, enhancing security and compliance. Additionally, Cloud Operations Suite was utilized for real-time monitoring, logging and alerting, ensuring proactive issue resolution and system reliability.
