NTT Security announces new senior management team

NTT Security today announced Matthew Gyde as candidate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for NTT Security. He has been selected to lead the company from 17 June 2019, subject to a formal approval process, which will conclude on 17 June 2019. Once appointed, Matt will manage NTT Security’s global business. In the meantime, Matt will continue his responsibilities as Group Executive, Security, Dimension Data.

Matthew joined Dimension Data in 2006. His career in IT Security spans almost 25 years across client environments, carriers, manufacturers and systems integration and services companies. A large percentage of his time in the technology industry has been focused on the security space and how platforms need to be implemented, used and managed to ensure that clients’ remain competitive while minimizing their risk in a shifting threat landscape.

Katsumi Nakata, current Representative Director and President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at NTT Security, is resigning from his current position on 17 June 2019, to join NTT Docomo Inc.
