NTT DATA announced that its Japan Region has earned Okta's "Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization" in Okta's partner program, Okta Elevate

TOKYO - January 22, 2025 - NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, announced that its Japan region has earned Okta’s "Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization" under the Okta Elevate Partner Program. Earning the Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization is a prestigious recognition awarded by Okta to NTT DATA in Japan region, validating the skills and experience to deploy Okta’s Workforce Product. NTT DATA is the first Japan-based SI partner to receive the Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization in Japan region.

NTT DATA currently has five Okta Certified Consultants and one Okta Certified Developer on staff in Japan region, and many other knowledgeable staff. This collaboration between NTT DATA and Okta is based on the "Global Cyber Security Strategy" announced by the NTT DATA in December 2023, and it will strengthen the identity and access management functions of NTT DATA’s global cybersecurity services portfolio.

About Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization

The Workforce Identity Cloud Service Delivery Specialization showcases an Okta Partner's ability to lead a customer through a successful implementation of Okta’s products. A typical Workforce Identity Cloud implementation may include user administration and provisioning, MFA configuration, and application configuration. Integration with Active Directory is a common use case. Connections to HR systems for user lifecycle management are also a core component, as is skillfully leveraging the Okta Integration Network. Participating partners are required to renew their Specializations annually.
