NTT partners leading insurance and asset management group in Indonesia to enhance workplace collaboration
Drive productivity and improve teamwork for over 2,000 employees Singapore – 17 November 2020 – NTT Ltd., a world-leading global technology services provider, announced today the successful deployment of a unified communications and collaboration platform for a leading insurance and asset management group in Indonesia. As part of the client’s strategic digital transformation journey, this project aims to enhance collaborative capabilities for teams and individuals, while enabling greater business productivity for an increasingly mobile workforce.Over the past two months, NTT in Indonesia led the successful implementation of Microsoft Teams, to deliver a secure, fully integrated, real-time user experience for 2,000 employees in Indonesia. With strong capabilities in systems integration, NTT provided technical expertise and strategic counsel to help the organisation seamlessly integrate its cloud-based solutions to existing digital infrastructure. The entire process included a review of existing IT systems, recommendations on technology enablement and comprehensive support including pre-and-post implementation assessment services to ensure effective deployment.
Combining workplace chat, video meetings, file storage and application integration, the 4-in-1 cloud-based solution increases costs savings by eliminating the need for additional data centre space and maintenance operational costs, while reducing repetitive tasks for each collaboration channel. In addition, Microsoft Teams increases operational efficiency and productivity by allowing employees to access information from anywhere, on any device through a secure platform.
