A seasoned global executive, Seelan is widely recognized for his client-centric approach to accelerating growth and strengthening competitiveness by helping organizations harness technology to unlock sustained value.

Ben Tulloch

Executive Managing Director, Advisory Services

Ben Tulloch is the Advisory Lead for Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc., where he leads a regional full-stack advisory team supporting clients across cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity and digital platforms. His work combines industry expertise, enterprise architecture, AI accelerators and workforce transformation to help organisations drive rapid growth, improve efficiency and reduce risk. Backed by NTT DATA's deep APAC expertise and global capabilities, he partners closely with clients with a clear change imperative and strong sense of purpose, delivering practical, end-to-end outcomes that create meaningful and sustainable impact.

Aditya Afzulpurkar

Executive Managing Director, Infrastructure Solutions and Cloud & Security

Aditya Afzulpurkar is Executive Managing Director of Infrastructure Solutions and Cloud & Security for NTT DATA, Inc. in Asia Pacific, leading two strategic growth portfolios across 15 countries. He is responsible for the APAC go-to-market strategy, sales, the solutions portfolio, service delivery and alliances. A seasoned regional and global executive, Aditya’s team helps organizations modernize, secure and manage their infrastructure for the AI era including Network Services, AI-ready Data Centers, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace & Collaboration, Cloud Consulting and Cloud Infrastructure.

Jan Wuppermann

Senior Executive, Head of Service Assurance and Data & Analytics

Jan Wuppermann is Senior Executive, Head of Service Assurance and Data & Analytics for Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. He is responsible for end-to-end services, delivery, and P&L, spanning consulting, implementation and managed services across the region. Jan has over 25 years of extensive international experience in the telecoms, information technology and consulting industries.

Pauline Doherty

Managing Director, Application Solutions

Pauline Doherty leads NTT DATA, Inc.’s Application Solutions business across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, she has end-to-end responsibility for the Application Solutions lifecycle, guiding clients from application strategy and design through build, run and ongoing optimization. Her portfolio spans leading enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft D365, alongside custom development, application modernization, AI & Data Services as well as Application Managed Services.

Leonie Kemp

Executive, Head of Marketing

Leonie is Executive, Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific in NTT DATA, Inc. She leads a talented and diverse marketing team across the region, working closely with business stakeholders to drive brand awareness, demand generation and client and employee engagement across NTT DATA’s 14 countries in Asia Pacific. With over 25 years of industry experience, Leonie has a strong background in marketing, sales, strategy, and talent development.

Alex Lu

Managing Director, NTT Ltd. China

Alex Lu is Managing Director of NTT Ltd. China at NTT DATA, Inc. He is responsible for the business’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy, sales, service delivery, operations, and overall financial performance. He brings over 30 years of market development and enterprise management experience from various senior executive roles in prominent international IT corporations.

Avinash Joshi

Executive Managing Director, India

Avinash Joshi is Executive Managing Director of India at NTT DATA, Inc. He is responsible for growing the business, P&L management, end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations and client experience in the country. A seasoned leader, Avinash has over 34 years of extensive experience working in the IT and telecom industry in client-facing roles and P&L management.

David McKeering

Executive Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand

David McKeering is Executive Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand. He is highly regarded for his strategic business leadership and focus on execution through transformation. David’s experience in executive-level client engagements spans national and multi-national corporations in industry sectors and markets across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.

Frank Liao

Managing Director, NTT Ltd. Taiwan

Frank Liao is Managing Director of NTT Ltd. Taiwan. He is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations and profitability for the business. With over 25 years of leadership and management experience, Frank was previously General Manager of Dimension Data Taiwan since September 2011. Prior to Dimension Data, he was the General Manager of Technology Services at HP Taiwan.

Henrick Choo

Managing Director, Malaysia

Henrick is Managing Director of Malaysia at NTT DATA, Inc. He brings over 28 years of ICT knowledge to assist clients in their digital transformation journey and has established close relationships with global technology partners within the industry.

Png Kim Meng

Executive Managing Director, Singapore & ASEAN

Png Kim Meng is Executive Managing Director of Singapore and the ASEAN region. He is responsible for the overall strategic development and the P&L of the combined organizations. Kim Meng joined the company in 1999 when it was then listed as Datacraft Asia Ltd on the Singapore Stock Exchange, before it was rebranded as Dimension Data in May 2011. He then became Managing Director of Dimension Data Singapore in 2008.

Ryan C. Guadalquiver

Managing Director, Philippines

Ryan Guadalquiver is Managing Director of Philippines at NTT DATA, Inc. Prior to this role, he held various significant positions in leading companies within the IT and telecommunications sectors. With over 26 years of professional experience encompassing advanced analytics, IT (software, hardware, outsourcing, and consulting services), telecommunications, and healthcare, he has a proven track record in marketing, sales, business development, and managerial roles, including building start-up tech companies and driving growth in both country and regional capacities.

Tanapong Ittisakulchai

Managing Director, Thailand

As Managing Director, Tanapong Ittisakulchai oversees the end-to-end go-to-market sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. With 33 years of experience in general management, sales, and marketing across multinational IT, digital infrastructure, and telecom companies, he is an accomplished leader adept in business transformation, strategic planning, and driving revenue growth.

Junjiro Yuba

Managing Director, Vietnam

With 18 years of global IT business experience, Junjiro Yuba has held senior management positions in four countries, showcasing his extensive leadership capabilities. Since April 2023, he has been at the helm of NTT DATA, Inc. in Vietnam, leading the app and infrastructure solutions business. Prior to being Managing Director, he spearheaded the digital transformation of enterprises as Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd. in the country.

Jean Chay

Executive Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance

With more than 25 years of experience in high-growth technology companies specializing in complex commercial contracting, corporate law and governance, Jean Chay serves as Executive Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance in Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. In this role, she provides strategic guidance on litigation, regulatory and trade compliance, M&A, corporate restructuring and corporate governance to ensure the organization’s growth remains ethical and sustainable.

Rohini Sachitanand

Senior Executive, Head of People & Culture

Rohini Sachitanand is Head of People & Culture (P&C) for NTT DATA, Inc. across the Asia Pacific region. A seasoned human resources leader with more than 25 years’ experience in global technology companies, she brings deep expertise across both mature and emerging markets. Prior to NTT DATA, she spent more than two decades at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) leading the People & Culture function for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Agnes Lim

Chief Financial Officer

Agnes Lim has been Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. since November 2021. She oversees the finance function of the company, including finance operations, reporting, planning, forecasts, commercial, strategic sourcing, tax, treasury and risk management across the region. Agnes is a seasoned finance professional with more than 25 years of experience, spanning across multiple industries.

Nao Yoshida

President & Chief Executive Officer, NTT DATA Global Services

Nao Yoshida is President & Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Global Services. He oversees the side of NTT’s business that seamlessly integrates consulting insights, industry-specific technological expertise and global reach to help clients in the region transform the way they work. Besides regional business development, his remit also extends across services, delivery and corporate functions. He joined NTT DATA in 2005 from NTT Communications as Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, having previously served as Regional Vice President of NTT Singapore.

Taku Kawaai

Executive Managing Director, Head of NTT DATA Business Solutions APAC

Taku Kawaai serves as Executive Managing Director, Head of NTT DATA Business Solutions in Asia Pacific. He also assumes the lead role of the SAP/ServiceNow Large Enterprise Practice in the region. With over 25 years of international business experience and leadership roles spanning Asia Pacific, Germany, and Japan, he brings extensive expertise in business transformation, strategy and growth. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA, and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Literature from Waseda University, Japan.

Tetsushi Sasago

Executive, Head of Corporate Strategy

Tetsushi Sasago is Executive, Head of Corporate Strategy of Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. He drives transformation of the regional businesses by developing and executing corporate strategy including the mid-term strategy and plan, strategic alliances and M&A. Prior to this appointment, he has had extensive international experiences, which include working in Hong Kong and the UK, and getting an MBA at Cornell University, USA.

Hiromichi Ito

President, NTT DATA Asia Pacific

Hiromichi Ito is President of NTT DATA Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading regional growth, client success and operational excellence across APAC. With more than 30 years of experience in global enterprise sales, strategic account leadership and go-to-market execution, he has deep expertise in building trusted C-suite relationships and developing cross-border opportunities, particularly with Japanese multinational clients. He is focused on helping clients accelerate business transformation by bringing together NTT DATA’s global capabilities, regional execution strength and market insight.

Yasuhiro Higashiyama

Executive, Head of GTM Promotion

Yasuhiro Higashiyama has served as Executive, GTM Promotion of Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. since July 2025. In this role, he leads the region's go-to-market strategy and transformation initiatives, driving sustainable growth and strengthening market execution across Asia Pacific. Prior to his current role, Yasuhiro served as Vice President in the Corporate Strategy Office at NTT DATA Group, where he played a key role in shaping corporate strategy and advancing strategic initiatives across the organization.

Derek Tse

General Manager, Hong Kong

Derek Tse is the General Manager of Hong Kong at NTT DATA, where he leads the company's business operations and growth strategy in the market. He is responsible for delivering NTT DATA's full portfolio of technology solutions and services to help clients accelerate their AI transformation journeys. Prior to joining NTT DATA, Derek was with Microsoft and Cisco, leading high-performing sales organizations across Greater China.

Jason Chung

Managing Director, Korea

Jason Chung is Managing Director of NTT DATA Korea, where he oversees the entire spectrum of the company’s business operations for the country. His leadership spans go-to-market strategies for NTT DATA’s strategic offerings, IT services and delivery, as well as core corporate functions including marketing, finance, HR and legal. For over 12 years, he has led the organization through NTT Group transformations—from Dimension Data and NTT Ltd. to NTT DATA—providing strong leadership through periods of change. Prior to his current tenure, he has held executive and senior leadership roles at global technology pioneers including IBM, Sun Microsystems, and PTC.
