TKY11 Data Center delivers hyperscaler and enterprise‑ready colocation

TKY11 delivers secure, scalable infrastructure in Shiroi City, just outside Tokyo’s center. As part of a 50MW two‑building campus, this first building provides 24MW of IT load with 2027 availability, giving hyperscalers and enterprises a predictable path to modernize without running their own facilities. This will be followed by a second building, delivering 26MW. The campus supports high‑density and AI‑ready workloads, ensuring readiness for next‑generation applications. Direct liquid cooling, dual power receiving, N+1 cooling and 24x7 security reduce operational risk, while carrier‑neutral connectivity enables flexible architecture design.
