This year’s theme, “A Spirit of Dialogue,” calls on leaders across industries, regions, and generations to tackle global challenges—like AI, energy, and sustainability—through innovation, trust, and collaboration.

AI's promise is no longer theoretical, but its payoff is uneven. Turning ambition into enterprise-wide impact now depends on execution, trust and leadership rather than technology alone.

Turning AI into durable business value requires a model built on accountability, architecture and enterprise-scale discipline.

What if policy could evolve as fast as technology - tested, refined and scaled with speed? Agile pilots in data and AI governance are already reshaping rules on information control, cross-border flows and sovereignty to balance innovation with trust and human agency.

Industry leaders weigh how resilience, trust and human judgment will define the next era of industrial transformation.

Sustainability must be embedded into AI’s design, measurement and governance from the outset — not treated as an afterthought.

To scale AI safely, organizations must embed responsible governance early and ensure transparency and fairness in everyday operations.

As AI takes on more decisions in insurance, leaders emphasize that trust, transparency and human judgment must evolve just as quickly.

As AI transforms global banking, three industry leaders explore how to build trust in the digital age without losing the empathy that makes banking human.

The World Economic Forum is a vital platform for shaping our shared future through dialogue. This year’s theme, “A Spirit of Dialogue,” is timely as we face geopolitical fragmentation, economic uncertainty, and the transformative rise of artificial intelligence. In this environment, open collaboration is the key to progress.

At NTT DATA, we believe innovation must serve humanity. AI can redefine progress—but only if developed responsibly. Responsible AI is a shared duty, grounded in transparency, ethics, and empathy.

Our partnership with the Forum reflects this belief, though initiatives like the Centers for AI Excellence, Advanced Manufacturing, Nature and Climate, and Urban Transformation. Innovation without dialogue risks isolation; dialogue without action risks irrelevance. Together, we can make the age of AI not just intelligent—but profoundly human.
