Our leadership team

John Lombard is Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA, Inc. in Asia Pacific, with over 15,000 people across 14 countries. He is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for the regional business. John joined the NTT Group in May 2016 with over 30 years of leadership and management consulting experience. John is an advocate for workplace diversity and has been involved in multiple organizations and boards.

Takashi Taniyama has been Executive Vice President of NTT DATA, Inc. from June 2023 and President of NTT DATA, Inc. Asia Pacific from October 2023. Prior to these roles, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy Planning at NTT Corporation from October 2020 and Chief of Staff to the CEO of NTT Corporation from June 2018. Ever since joining NTT in 1990, he has been engaged in a wide variety of telecommunications and IT services, with leadership roles focused on product marketing and corporate strategy.

Agnes Lim has been Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. since November 2021. She oversees the finance function of the company, including finance operations, reporting, planning, forecasts, commercial, strategic sourcing, tax, treasury and risk management across the region. Agnes is a seasoned finance professional with more than 25 years of experience, spanning across multiple industries.

Kiran Bhagwanani has been Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of NTT DATA, Inc. in Asia Pacific since April 2020. He is responsible for driving services-led profitable growth for the company’s full portfolio of offerings. The CRO office covers all client-facing roles, including sales, solutions, client success and alliances across 15 countries in the region. With over 30 years of experience in the IT sector, Kiran is most excited about the new IT consumption models that help organizations use technology more, but own and manage it less.

Nao Yoshida is President and Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Global Services. He oversees the side of NTT’s business that seamlessly integrates consulting insights, industry-specific technological expertise, and global reach to help clients in the region transform the way they work. Besides regional business development, his remit also extends across services, delivery, and corporate functions. He joined NTT DATA in 2005 from NTT Communications as Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, having previously served as Regional Vice President of NTT Singapore.

Jan Wuppermann is Senior Vice President of Services for Asia Pacific at NTT DATA, Inc. He is responsible for end-to-end services, delivery, and P&L, spanning consulting, implementation and managed services across the region. Jan has over 25 years of extensive international experience in the telecoms, information technology and consulting industries.

Hironari (“Hiro”) Tomioka has been integral to NTT DATA since 1997, rising to the role of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Asia Pacific (from July 2022) and Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Thailand (from September 2016) to spearhead the organization’s expansion. Presently, as the leader of Applications Solutions in Asia Pacific, he directs NTT DATA, Inc.’s IT consulting and digital solutions arm, catering to multinational corporations across diverse industries, including automotive, electronics, retail, banking and insurance.

Leonie is Senior Vice President of Marketing for Asia Pacific in NTT DATA, Inc. She leads a talented and diverse marketing team across the region, working closely with business stakeholders to drive brand awareness, demand generation and client and employee engagement across NTT DATA’s 14 countries in Asia Pacific. With over 25 years of industry experience, Leonie has a strong background in marketing, sales, strategy, and talent development.

Alex Lu was appointed as Chief Executive Officer for China and Hong Kong at NTT DATA, Inc. in early November 2023. He is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, sales, service delivery, business operations, and overall financial performance of China and Hong Kong. He brings over 30 years of market development and enterprise management experience from various senior executive roles in prominent international IT corporations.

David McKeering is Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand. He is highly regarded for his strategic business leadership and focus on execution through transformation. David’s experience in executive-level client engagements spans national and multi-national corporations in industry sectors and markets across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.

Frank Liao has been CEO of NTT DATA, Inc. in Taiwan since 1 October 2019. He is responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT in Taiwan. With over 25 years of leadership and management experience, Frank was previously General Manager of Dimension Data Taiwan since September 2011. Prior to Dimension Data, he was the General Manager of Technology Services at HP Taiwan.

Henrick is the Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA, Inc. in Malaysia. He brings over 28 years of ICT knowledge to assist clients in their digital transformation journey and has established close relationships with global technology partners within the industry.

Png Kim Meng is Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA, Inc. in Singapore. He is responsible for the company’s overall strategic development and the P&L of the combined organizations. Kim Meng joined the company in 1999 when it was then listed as Datacraft Asia Ltd on the Singapore Stock Exchange, before it was rebranded as Dimension Data in May 2011. He then joined as Managing Director of Dimension Data Singapore since 2008.

Ryan Guadalquiver is the Philippines Chief Executive Officer at NTT DATA, Inc. Prior to this role, he held various significant positions in leading companies within the IT and telecommunications sectors. With over 26 years of professional experience encompassing advanced analytics, IT (software, hardware, outsourcing, and consulting services), telecommunications, and healthcare, he has a proven track record in marketing, sales, business development, and managerial roles, including building start-up tech companies and driving growth in both country and regional capacities.

As Chief Executive Officer, Tanapong Ittisakulchai oversees the end-to-end go-to-market sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. With 33 years of experience in general management, sales, and marketing across multinational IT, digital infrastructure, and telecom companies, he is an accomplished leader adept in business transformation, strategic planning, and driving revenue growth.
