Overview

TKY11 Data Center delivers hyperscaler and enterprise‑ready colocation

TKY11 delivers secure, scalable infrastructure in Shiroi City, just outside Tokyo’s center. As part of a 50MW two‑building campus, this first building provides 24MW of IT load with 2027 availability, giving hyperscalers and enterprises a predictable path to modernize without running their own facilities. This will be followed by a second building, delivering 26MW. The campus supports high‑density and AI‑ready workloads, ensuring readiness for next‑generation applications. Direct liquid cooling, dual power receiving, N+1 cooling and 24x7 security reduce operational risk, while carrier‑neutral connectivity enables flexible architecture design. By shifting to Tokyo TKY11, hyperscalers and enterprises can eliminate data‑center ownership overhead and refocus teams on applications, innovation and customer experience.
