- Agreement to accelerate AI-driven innovation and smart industry solutions in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
- Combining Red Sea Global's destination development expertise with NTT DATA's global technology capabilities to co-create next-generation digital solutions.
- Focus areas include smart cities, hospitality, infrastructure, real estate and AI-driven industry solutions.
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, 7 September 2026 – NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services and Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind regenerative tourism destinations; The Red Sea and AMAALA, today signed a strategic partnership agreement. The agreement establishes a framework for a joint venture that aims to accelerate the development of next-generation digital solutions and managed technology services, helping shape the future of hospitality, smart cities and connected industries in Saudi Arabia and international markets.
The collaboration will combine RSG's expertise in destination development, hospitality and infrastructure with NTT DATA's strengths in AI, systems integration and digital transformation, by leveraging Physical AI, IoT, digital twins, private 5G and industry cloud platforms.
“As AI and intelligent technologies reshape industries, organizations are looking for new ways to deliver more connected, personalized and sustainable experiences,” said Rami Beidas, Managing Director, Saudi Arabia, NTT DATA. Saudi Arabia is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation, and through this partnership we have an opportunity to help accelerate innovation, unlock new digital business models and create solutions that can have relevance well beyond the Kingdom."
The companies will also investigate creating a flexible digital services platform that could help RSG’ growing portfolio. This could also create opportunities to offer new technology capabilities to organizations across Saudi Arabia and other countries.
"The hospitality industry is evolving rapidly as guest expectations become more personalized, connected and experience-driven," said Sultan Moraished, Group Head of Technology and Corporate Excellence of Red Sea Global. "Technology has enormous potential to transform how destinations are designed, operated and experienced. Through this strategic partnership with NTT DATA, we will explore innovative digital solutions that can enhance guest experiences, optimize operations and help shape the future of hospitality in Saudi Arabia and international markets."
The partnership represents a significant step toward creating a new generation of industry solutions that combine sector expertise with advanced technologies. By leveraging the strengths of both organizations, NTT DATA and RSG will explore opportunities to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness and deliver meaningful impact.
