With over two decades of experience in IT and telecom, she has held senior roles at Proximus NXT IT, Orange Group and Microsoft. Marc de Bourcy is a senior policy adviser specializing in digital diplomacy and strategic innovation. With over 25 years of experience across public and private sectors, he advises minister-level officials and C-suite leaders on high-impact initiatives. His expertise spans deep-tech entrepreneurship, stakeholder alignment and value-based decision-making.
Tobias Diebold
CEO, Denemeyer Group
Tobias Diebold joined the intellectual property sector and Dennemeyer in 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer, leading global business development and marketing initiatives. On July 1, 2022, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Dennemeyer Group. Prior to this, he spent a decade in various leadership roles at Deutsche Lufthansa AG and its subsidiaries. As Director of Business Development at LSG Group, he oversaw strategy, business development, and M&A in emerging markets. In 2015, he became Managing Director Sales & Products, responsible for global sales and product innovation. Tobias holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Management. He is fluent in English and German and has been active in the IP field since 2018.
Germán Garitaonaindia de Vera
Cognitive AI Director, Banco Sabadell
Germán is a professional with over 25 years of experience, primarily in the fields of Technology and Data, providing services to both national and multinational companies across various sectors (Banking, Retail, Industry, Sports, Technology). He began his career in consulting at Accenture and, after three years at the cybersecurity company Panda Security, spent 10 years working for BBVA through different companies, contributing to the development of its information strategy. He later specialized in advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, holding various positions such as Head of Data Analytics at the consulting firm PKF Attest, Head of Data Analytics & AI at the industrial company Gestamp, Chief Data Officer at the sports organization Athletic Club, and most recently, Chief Cognitive AI Officer at Banco Sabadell. He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a master’s in Big Data & Analytics.
